Welcome
Established nearly twenty five years ago and based in Leicester ever since, Paul Cooper & Company Solicitors are a small, family-run firm, staffed by real people. This means you can call us and ask for the individual person handling your file, and, if they are not available and you leave a message, they will ring you back. If you prefer, you can make an appointment to pop in and see us. If you can’t make it in to the office to sign documents etc., then these can be posted or e-mailed to you instead.
Although we primarily act for clients based in Leicestershire and Rutland, we can and do deal with people and property across England and Wales.

We specialise in dealing with-
- Residential property – including freehold and leasehold purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right-to-buy acquistions, shared ownership schemes and auction contracts
- Commercial property – including purchases, sales, commercial mortgages and guarantees etc, leases and tenancies
- Business acquisitions and dispositions – we regularly deal with the transfer of restaurants, garages, shops etc for individuals and companies
- Will writing – ensuring your property and other assets are left in accordance with your wishes
- Probate and the administration of deceased estates – helping bereaved families by ensuring that the necessary paperwork is diligently completed by an expert in the field.
